How to Find Me

My consulting room is located in Watford Town Centre, at 153 The Parade, High Street, Watford, WD17 1NA.

Nearest stations include: Watford Junction (Rail and Overground – 12 minute walk), Watford High Street (Overground – 15 minute walk), and Watford Underground (Metropolitan Line – 19 minute walk).

The nearest bus stops include: Town Hall, Stop X (1 minute walk) – on bus routes 336, 352, 724, 725, 951, W30; Town Hall, Stop W (5 minutes walk) – on bus routes 322, 347, RA3; Town Hall, Stop Y (7 minutes walk) – on bus routes 319, 322. Beecham Grove North, Stop V (2 minute walk) – on bus routes 319, 329, 336, 352, W30.

Free parking for up to 2 hours is available at the Sainsbury’s (Albert Road) car park, 3 minutes walk from my office.  Although the overground car park is often busy, the underground section is usually much quieter. Paid-for parking (£1 per hour) is available at CitiPark Gade Car Park which is a 7 minute walk.

There are public bike racks available nearby along Watford High Street.

I regret that my consulting room is at the top of one flights of stairs and is therefore not accessible for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users. However, I am able to offer online therapy via Zoom where appropriate.
